Summary of Experience and QualificationsWe look for sincere presence and a willingness to learn, believing that what we share is greater than what separates us. Experience: Previous barista experience required. Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays. Abilities: Ability to learn quickly and effectively follow both oral and written instructions. Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity for sincerity, warmth, and building genuine human connection. Ability to work as part of a team, moving with intention and a sense of shared belonging.
