We’re currently hiring a part-time bartender to join our tight-knit team at Hook & Anchor in Costa Mesa.

What we’re looking for:

Someone available to work Sunday shifts and a consistent mix of dinner shifts during the week

Someone who’s confident behind the bar, enjoys providing great hospitality, and can handle a bar that doubles as its own section (tables + patio)

Ability to work clean, stay organized, and hustle through a busy service

Must be reliable, drama-free, and a team player

Important:

If you're only looking for AM shifts or lunch-only availability, this is not the position for you.

About the bar:

We’re a casual spot with elevated food and cocktails. Bartenders are expected to serve their own bar section, including food orders, running drinks/food, and bussing when needed. This is a hands-on position—not a pour-and-stand type of bar.
