We’re The Party Staff, and our Costa Mesa team is busy. We’re looking for solid, reliable line cooks who want steady weekday morning work and a great team to back them up.

Typical Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm (Monday–Friday)

Locations: Orange County (corporate kitchens, universities, catering partners, private clubs)

What You Need:

Weekday morning availability

Reliable transportation

Industry-standard attire (chef coat, non-slip shoes, chef pants; knife kit optional)

Professional kitchen experience and the ability to jump onto a line, prep, or support BOH as needed
