Chubby Cattle Irvine is seeking a dedicated, experienced and responsible Line Cook/Sushi to join our team. This role is a key part of our back-of-house operations, ensuring excellent food quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Qualification

Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, but not required

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to cleanliness and safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain it upon hire) required

Fluent in English and Chinese is a plus
