Wigz Sandwich Shop looking for Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assemble sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to recipes and customer preferences.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle transactions efficiently. Ensure a positive dining experience.

Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by restocking ingredients and supplies as needed, and report shortages to the manager.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in food service is a plus, but not required.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

Must be able to stand for long periods.
