Kids After School Tennis, Pickleball, Soccer and Basketball Coaches

Kassirer Sports is run by a former professional Wimbledon tennis player.

Hiring Tennis, Basketball, Tennis, Soccer and Pickleball Coaches to teach youth ages 5-10 for an after school program at local elementary schools all over Orange County and the Inland Empire! We are hiring coaches to start in the Fall, in mid and late September to work throughout the school year.

Coaches drive to schools in their community to teach group classes after school dismissal. Coaches can teach 1.25-2.25 hours per day, 1-5 days per week on Monday - Friday. We customize schedules based on your afternoon availability. Sessions coincide with the school year. Sample schedule: 2:45pm-5pm and 2:15pm-3:30pm. There are other time options available. Classes meet directly after kids are dismissed from school.

Requirements to Coach:

18 years of age or older

Have your own transportation

Skilled athlete in sport you want to coach.

Positive, Patient, enthusiastic demeanor

Punctual and able to commit to 8 - 15 week sessions.

Enjoys being around kids and is confident in managing a group of 8-12 kids

No coaching experience required; (if you are 17-19 you must have some experience working with youth)

Availability weekday afternoons for one to two 1.25 hour shifts between times of 12:30pm-4:30pm. Times vary per school, and day.

Clear DOJ finger printing with no priors

We Provide:

schedules based around your availability

Pay:

$32-$40 per hour ($40 per $50 per 1.25 hr class) PLUS a $10 per class bonus when your group has 12 kids or more.

You can teach 1 - 6 total classes per week (Monday - Friday)

Coaches are part time employees and earn 1 hour of Paid Sick Leave for every 30 hours working.

We pay out PSL as a bonus at the end of the year, if it's not taken.

Coaches are paid by direct deposit every 2 weeks.

Reimbursement for Live Scan finger printing which is required prior to starting

Where: classes all over California at elementary schools including: Placentia, Yorba Linda, Anaheim, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin, Newport Beach, Diamond Bar, Walnut and Chino Hills.

This is a great job for someone looking for part time hours in the afternoon such as a college student or a full time coach with early afternoon availability. Most classes will meet for 8 - 12 weeks. We run throughout the school year and are off for school holidays and summer.
