Customer Service Rep – Contractors Insurance (On-Site)

High-volume commercial insurance brokerage is hiring an on-site Customer Service Rep. If you’re experienced in contractors' insurance, we want to talk to you!

Job Duties:

Respond to Client Calls and Emails

Issue Certificates of Insurance

Help Manage Renewals and Cancellations

Process Endorsements

Support Producers With Quotes and Follow-Ups

Maintain Policy Records in AMS360

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty License (Required)

Ability to Work Quickly and Under Pressure

High Attention to Detail

Strong, Positive Attitude and Reliability

A Plus If You Have:

Experience in Contractors Insurance (GL, WC, Bonds, Inland Marine, Commercial Auto, etc.)

Proficiency in AMS360

Position:

Full-Time, On-Site

Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
