Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative in our Customer Service Dept. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail oriented, and be responsible when it comes to accurately completing all assigned tasks.

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in a customer service role

Engaged personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal- driven environment

Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

Knowledge of LTL Shipping and Bill of Lading preferred

Phone calls & Order entry

File paperwork

Must be able to perform other duties as required by business needs.
