E-Commerce Customer Representative

TeraPump is a well-recognized brand, leading the Hand Fuel Pump industry, holding many international patents for both function and design. Another notable brand is our OfficeSmartLabels brand, specializing in outstanding quality labels and sticker products that continue to be favored by numerous business customers.

Polaris E-Commerce strives to lead the market continuously with new, innovative, and creative products, satisfying customers and fostering growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat from our eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.)

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

Maintain customer records and update information as needed

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using computer systems and navigating software applications

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Amazon Seller Central or other E-Commerce experience is a plus

Requirements:

US Work Authorization

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience

Reliable transportation

Schedule:

4-Day Workweek

Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:00pm

Mandatory 90-Day probation period

Pay:

$22/hour
