HIRING - Receptionist / Shop Assistant

A busy pet grooming salon in South Orange County seeking a Receptionist-Shop Assistant who will assist Clients/Pet Owners, Groomers, and Groomer Assistants.

Qualifications:

Must LOVE Dogs and Cats!

Must not be allergic to pet dander, dust, etc.

Bilingual - English & Spanish (a plus but not required).

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls.

Assist Groomer and Groomer Assistants.

Make customer service calls and follow-ups on grooming satisfaction, promotions, etc.

Meet and Greet clients.

Check pets in and out.

Bathe dogs as needed.

Feeding and clean up if needed - Clean up all common areas - Occasionally work morning.

End-of-day closing and occasional opening.

Ensure pet safety.
