Operations Division (OPs) - Client Support

Job Description

Digital Account Managers (AMs) comprise the Client Support (CS) department

Digital Account Manager Techs handle basic website adjustments.

Must have a desire to learn more about web development.

Must have a desire to learn more about web servers.

On-the-job training is provided.

Bilingual is a plus

Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.

Identify fixes that can take place on call such as edits.

Facilitate updates to accounts: Address, Pictures, Content, Keywords.

Discuss edits or account/performance work that may be done by others.

Protect and defend company interests.

Clearly explain products and services to clients.

Reassure clients & project a positive company image.

Requirements:

Customer service experience

Computer experience

WordPress experience

Availability:

40 hours a week, 8 am-4:30 pm

$16.50/hour
