Accountant (San Clemente)

We are looking for a staff accountant for our medical imaging company. This is a direct hire role. Role is located in San Clemente.

Duties:

This role is responsible for handling general ledger accounting functions and accounts receivable with a variety of accounting and administrative services, including but not limited to:

Performing monthly reconciliations of multiple entities’ bank accounts and credit cards and providing reports as needed

Process Accounts Receivable and perform treasury functions for multiple entities

Researching and resolving issues or discrepancies with vendors’ accounts

Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Track budget and costs for multiple property improvement projects

Assist with various month-end closing responsibilities, including downloading bank statements and activities reports, accounting entry adjustments, consolidated cash report preparation, related entities reconciliation, etc.

Assist with gathering and tracking documents required for tax return preparation with tax service provider
