OverviewWe are seeking an experienced & forward-thinking Product Manager to join our team on a mission to revolutionize the way we do marketing. We are on a transformation journey, changing the way marketing operations are done. Part of the goal is an application with core functional capabilities that facilitate our marketing to customers by consolidating marketing related tasks & insights in a single place. This role will be responsible for both the transformation work as well as enablement of the stakeholders to onboard and adopt our tech and tools. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the creation, execution, and enhancement of user experiences and leading all aspects of the development of the application, from research and design to launch, ongoing maintenance and enablement to new users.If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for building innovative products and want to be a part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.What you'll bring

5+ years of product management experience with a track record for delivering high quality and timely results in fast paced environment.

Proven ability to develop and champion a product roadmap in support of user needs and successfully launching and managing a product from inception to launch.

Proven experience with successfully executing a multi-quarter roadmap for a multi-team, cross-functional organization.

Background and domain understanding broadly in martech; experience in product management, preferably in developing web applications.

Proven track record of Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate the vision and influence people at every level. Excels at stakeholder management and influencing across the organization.

A creative problem solver, go-getter that partners across the team to deliver customer-led experiences to power marketing use cases.

Relevant undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.

How you will lead

As the champion of Conversational AI technologies, drive transformative changes in the way our capabilities work and reimagine user experience.

Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points and align product strategy with organizational goals.

Lead delivering on the vision for a composite application that enables automated workflows across products.

Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver user features by defining & delivering on requirements. Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across various cross-functional teams working on martech capabilities & other Intuit services.

Collaborate with designers and developers to produce wireframes and prototypes, while leading the product development team through the entire lifecycle of the product.

Define and measure success metrics and KPIs. Analyze product data and make iterative product changes based on customer & stakeholder feedback.

Develop Intuit martech understanding and facilitate onboarding discussion explaining the long term value and benefits of a mature, forward looking stack as well as its components.

Support prioritization and roadmap decisions with evidenced-based, data-driven communications in line with the overall product strategy.
