RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Program Manager II in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:This company is expanding its social, mobile, and global footprint with a full suite of products and services that are revolutionizing the industry. In order to support our expansion, we are reimagining the Sales technology platform to power all of our products, services and partners around the globe. You can help bring this vision to life by helping drive and coordinate the Go-To-Market plan for Sales tech team to onboard capabilities for internal and external partners that can sell company products, incentivize Sales agents.

You will build and manage the overall plan for how to roll-out the solution across functional teams, working closely with the engineering organizations to coordinate timing, dependencies, and testing. The Program Manager II will be ensuring robust change management, training roll out, keeping stakeholders engaged is essential across multiple initiatives. You will help ensure the organization stays focused on the goal posts that you have developed by working and communicating with executive business stakeholders.

Responsibilities: The creator and driver for the Sales Tech programs, coordinating work across Sales Force, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams Working closely with the engineering organizations to ensure timing, testing, and dependencies are all on track Communicate progress across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive Motivator, driver, and overall force of nature that will be seen across the organization as the one who has pulled together a broad, disparate organization to deliver amazing outcomes for the business

REQUIREMENTS: Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 5 or more years in Sales technologies mainly with Salesforce implementation (CRM and PRM) is a must Program management preferably with exposure to Sales and Marketing Managing large cross functional programs Can represent complex problems, use cases in simple ways for teams to understand and comprehend in Power point, Google slides, excel and smartsheet Excellent leadership skills; Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical few key points Solutions oriented, with a track record of identifying and implementing creative solutions Excellent communication skills, including business writing and presentations
