Property and Building Maintenance

Yates Property Maintenance is hiring an experienced handyman maintenance professional.

Full time position Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Starting pay between $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience

Requirements:

Experience in a maintenance position.

Must be able to clearly write in English.

Must have knowledge of plumbing, snaking drains / mainlines , minor electrical, stoves, heaters, water heaters and all around maintenance work.

Availability to be 24-hour On Call Emergency Staff 1 week per month.

Must have clean driving record.

Strong problem solving skills.

Good attention to detail.
