Painting Maintenance Helper

Yates Property Maintenance is hiring a Painting and Maintenance Helper.

Full time position Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM.

Starting pay between $18.00-$25.00 per hour DOE.

Requirements:

Experience in painting interior and exterior

Ability to lift 80lbs.

Strong problem solving skills.

Good attention to detail.

Must have clean driving record.

Preferred but not required:

Experience in drywall, minor plumbing, minor electrical and general construction.
