Pearl Hour cocktail server

Monterey's best craft cocktail bar is seeking a vibrant and caring person to join our team as a weekend cocktail server. We create a special, inclusive ambiance for our community to gather over drinks and enjoy monthly entertainment like drag shows, burlesque shows, live jazz bands, and dj's. As a cocktail server, you will assist and support our team of bartenders and cocktail servers to provide a kind, warm, connected experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has consistent weekend availability, is detail oriented, can multi-task, is a night owl (our weekend shifts are 7-8 hour shifts, sometimes ending at 2am) and enjoys being social.

$20/hour with the opportunity to make an additional $20-40/hour in tips depending on the night.

We are open and willing to train the right person, experience in the industry is not necessary.
