Need Skilled Painter with Drywall, Taping and Texturing Experience

Modesto Property Management Company seeking a skilled Full-time Painter. Position will be responsible for repairs, removal of acoustic ceilings and routine interior paint, will also paint exterior common areas as directed. Working schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with possible weekends as needed. Will travel to other communities within Modesto and Stockton. After 60 day probationary period, medical, dental, and vision is offered. Guaranteed year round work. Paid mileage reimbursement when traveling to different communities.

Job Requirements:

Interior and Exterior Painting, wall patching, prep knowledge, masking, sanding, puttying, caulking

Requires lifting, working with machines, ladders and scaffolds

Proven experience as a painter

Knowledge of painting material, how to select, mix and apply

Good eye for detail and colors

Able to balance on scaffold or ladders

Able to work productively with little supervision

Able to work independently and as a team

Deliver high quality patches and paint

Able to perform routine repairs after move outs

Work in vacant and occupied apartments

Able to work outside in all weather conditions

Punctual and reliable

Able to follow all company rules and policies including Covid procedures

Practice safe work habits

Prioritize task and meet deadlines
