Our global expansion and presence in tens of thousands of retail stores are testaments to our commitment to make the hairy globe a little smoother.Stop wasting time not working for us and come join the club!ROLE SUMMARY:The Master Data Analyst position will be accountable for the overall quality of product master data within NetSuite and other enterprise business applications, abiding by the master data policies. We are looking for someone who is customer-obsessed and has the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will assist in Data De-Duplication – identification and remediation – and service as the liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and other departments as it relates to maintaining a clear picture into product data
Ensures master data integrity in NetSuite as well as maintaining the processes to support data quality
Influence extends to peers and team members, and both local and remote stakeholders
Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements
Identifies areas for continuous data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems as encountered
Work independently to analyze various data sets related to customer invoicing
Review and Deduplicate Product records in NetSuite
In collaboration with subject matter experts, serve as the lead data stewards to ensure the accuracy of Hierarchical relationships and Product Master Data
Work with technical and integration developers to troubleshoot and fix data quality issues and/or revise existing application rulesets
Present research and reported findings for Product Master records to other analysts and data managers
Works with Accounting and IT controls and frameworks, to support NetSuite Administrator
Works with NetSuite Admin to support reports, and basic troubleshooting
Escalates NetSuite issues to NetSuite Administrator as appropriate, and retains oversight throughout issue resolution until completion
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related field preferred
Prior corporate IT Support experience required
2 years of NetSuite experience, preferably holding an active NetSuite Certification such as Suite Foundations or Certified Administrator
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of NetSuite customization tools and scripting languages such as SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow
Personal Care/Grooming industry experience preferred
Extensive experience in NetSuite Data Governance and Management
In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and functionalities
Advanced knowledge of core accounting functions such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report
Working knowledge of enterprise system architecture and core Master Data Hub concepts
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and technology landscapes
A motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic team player
