We are looking for a talented Fleet Manager to join our growing team!

Years of expertise isn’t a must for every position we offer, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are.

As Fleet Manager, you will define the operating procedures for the courier fleet to ensure a smooth customer experience. You will work closely with the Courier Success Manager and on-site Fleet Supervisors to implement and execute processes.

Fleet Management will be an ongoing definition as the business demands evolve, but will consider the following: assisting in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet and ensuring operational efficiency, among other duties.

This role will require you to consider and address the corporate wide needs of Fleet Operations as well as site specific demands. It will be your responsibility to ensure that escalated concerns are addressed, examined and reported to the executive level, if necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Manages Fleet Supervisors (and fleet/vehicle maintenance team in the future)

- Responsible for courier relationships that promote retention and loyalty

- Ordering courier materials

- Hire couriers based on market needs

- Executes policies and procedures

- Communicate company initiatives and news to couriers

- Investigate and submit auto claims to our insurance provider

- Report workers compensation claims to the HR department

- KPI & Cost reporting

Requirements:

- Experience in logistics/cannabis delivery operations extremely preferred

- Data oriented

- Labor Law knowledge

- Minimum of 2 years management experience
