About Facility Service Technician Position

Works independently providing routine building maintenance tasks or services

Responding to service calls, emergencies, and work orders at various commercial locations throughout the region

Performs building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g., carpentry; electrical and lighting repairs; ventilation,

and minor air conditioning (HVAC); flooring, stucco, drywall, painting concrete, T-bar, light framing, hanging doors,

etc.

Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned

Position may be required to be on-call
