Maintenance Technician - Immediate Hire

Seeking Experienced Maintenance Technician for Multifamily Apartments

We are a successful Property Management Company in the South Bay. We are looking to hire an experienced, full-time Maintenance Technician immediately.

The Maintenance Technician works in coordination with the main office and the maintenance team to complete the basic tasks associated with the daily operation and maintenance of the apartments and properties of the portfolio.

Responsibilities include day-to-day:

Scheduling of unit turns

Preparing units for Move-In

Daily administrative processes

Preventative maintenance

Painting

Electrical

General Repairs

Landscape and Grounds work

Experience in dealing vendors

Experience and Qualifications:

-Prefer 3+ year minimum of related experience, preferably supporting multi-family apartments

-Ability to prioritize projects in a dynamic environment

-A good communicator who works well independently but is also team-oriented

-Self-motivated and able to take initiative as well as direction.

-Pride of workmanship: goes above and beyond to ensure good outcomes

-Reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license & and insurance

-Organized with attention to detail

We are not looking for a vendor, this is not a 1099 employment
