We’re seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented professional to join our team. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing shoots that live up to the exceptional standards we’ve set.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with our team to create stunning, cinematic footage that meets the high bar set by RawFilm.

Plan and coordinate shoot logistics (you’ll receive training to master our workflow).

Operate RED camera systems and ensure flawless execution during shoots.

Handle lighting, composition, and other visual elements to produce awe-inspiring results.

Bring creative ideas to the table and contribute to the overall vision of each project.

Work with talent and crew to ensure smooth and efficient productions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with RED cameras and a deep understanding of their workflow (this is a must!).

A proven track record of creating cinematic, high-quality content (think premium, feature-film style visuals).

Strong skills in lighting, composition, and storytelling.

A creative mind combined with a problem-solving attitude.

Ability to take charge of planning shoots and managing small crews.

Some experience in a producing role or willingness to take on light production responsibilities.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your best work (required).

This is a freelance position with opportunities for consistent work. Shoots are based in Los Angeles, and the ability to travel for projects is a plus.
