Film production partner and talent casting

Looking for a female producer to partner with me to recruiter, and manage for 18+ content talent. Will be paid $25/hour for production assistant work and management in addition to $500 per referral that signs a 1 month contract and 5% of future profit from recruited talent after 3 month ramp up period. Based on projections, this role will likely pay over 6 figures within 6 months for high performers. I can train you up on the skills. Looking for someone who's hungry and wants to learn.
