Room for Rent $300 lashes, nails

I have a storefront shared room 10 ft x 10 ft, for rent.

If you do lashes, nails, permanent makeup, etc., you can use the room for 4 days of the week. I’ll just use it one day. I just do some hair styling, but not washing.

We use a portable sink, which is dumped out at the end of the day.

I already have some cabinets in there, a mini fridge, hot water dispenser, mirror. Depending on what you do, you can bring your own massage table or manicure table, etc.

Mon-Thurs (you).

Fri-Sun (me).
