This role involves answering phone calls, welcoming and ensuring patients feel relaxed within the practice

Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, communicating scheduling options to clients, maintaining clients records, and coordinating clients flow

In this position, you will also manage and oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to meet the practice's production and collection goals

Answering multi-line phones gracefully

Booking appointments efficiently and correctly (will train)

Greeting every client, whether it be over the phone or in person, with a cheerful attitude

Ensuring that all of our clients feel right at home by giving the BEST hospitality

Light cleaning

Stocking supplies/products Inventory Escorting clients to waiting areas/seats

Educating guests on services

We are the first point of contact for our clients, we want to always look and feel our best

Must be presentable and clean at all times

Responding to voicemails/emails in a timely manner Attendance and punctuality are of importance!
