Studio sublease for waxer, lash artist, or massage therapist

Hi there,

Are you a waxer, lash artist or massage therapist looking for a clean private studio to see your clients in?

I have a sublease available in Brentwood to a licensed and insured esthetician/cosmetologist/massage therapist.

It’s a single so you’d have the space to yourself on your days.

You would have 2-3 days Thursday and Friday, and possibly Saturday or Sunday

The rate is $80 a day paid weekly

Not looking to just rent one day at this time.

Hydraulic massage bed (with face cradle and some bolsters if needed)

Cabinet space to store your linens and products

Sink in room
