We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets and quotas.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Provide accurate product knowledge and recommendations based on client needs.

Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.

Maintain and update sales records and client information in all systems.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and promotional materials.

Participate in sales meetings and training to continually improve skills and knowledge.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven sales experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of challenges.

Familiarity with software (e.g., Workiz, Sales Force)

Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Lanscaping

2+ years of Sales Experience
