A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IN-STORE LEAD GENERATOR

In this sales role, you are the face of our company! Since you are in the store with customers, you get to put your knowledge of our services and products to work in real-time. You communicate a thorough understanding of features, benefits, products, and services to our potential clients. Your multitasking skills help you to input client information on a tablet while engaging potential customers and offering excellent customer service. Thanks to your motivation to continually grow our client base and engaging personality, you easily acquire jobs for our HVAC services and skyrocket our sales growth.

IN-STORE LEAD GENERATOR QUALIFICATIONS

Approachable, friendly, polite, understandable, professional

Able to cold-approach passing customers or respond to approaching customers with relevant HVAC questions about problems and creative, succinct solutions to those questions or problems

Self-motivated to continue engaging with customers throughout different customer flow

Able to remember products and their applications benefits as well as regularly changing promotional offers

Working smart phone

Reliable transportation

Fluent in Spanish a huge plus

2-3 years relevant Field Sales or Marketing experience preferred

Ability to meet physical requirements of the position such as standing or walking for the duration of the shift

On time, reliable and prompt

Honest and Ethical in all business dealings

IN-STORE LEAD GENERATOR WORK SCHEDULE

A full-time sales position works 6 to 8-hour shifts or rotating/segmented 4-hour shifts, with ability to work weekends a big plus.

A part-time sales position works 3 to 6-hour shifts, focusing on late afternoons and weekends. (Power Hours)

Must be able to work multiple locations within the Santa Clarita/San Fernando Valley area.
