Our products with strong demand from major retail chains and small retail stores. We have warehouses in Los Angeles and Georgia, enabling quick and efficient distribution across the country. We are now looking to expand our brand presence and build stronger sales channels, including distribution networks.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in the commercial refrigeration industry, specifically in freezer glass doors or cold room solutions. The ideal candidate will have an existing network of contacts and relationships in this industry and will be responsible for driving sales, developing partnerships, and expanding our market presence. This position is flexible, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities, depending on your availability and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and establish relationships with large retail chains, small retail stores, and other potential customers for freezer glass doors and cold room solutions.

Build and expand distribution networks, targeting both large-scale clients and smaller customers.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Leverage existing industry contacts to create new business opportunities.

Manage sales processes from lead generation to closing deals, including contract negotiations and follow-ups.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the commercial refrigeration or related industry.

Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the U.S. market.

Strong network of contacts, ideally with major supermarket chains, small retail stores, and potential distribution partners.

Ability to bring established customer relationships or leads in the industry.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Based in the Los Angeles area is highly preferred, but remote candidates with strong qualifications will also be considered.

Familiarity with competitors in the market and strategies for positioning our products as a competitive alternative.
