Responsibilities:

- Answer telephone inquiries

- Engage with customers to understand their health needs and recommend appropriate supplements

- Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications:

- MUST know how to speak the Korean language

- Previous retail or sales experience preferred

- Strong interest in health, wellness, and nutritional supplements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in nutrition or a related field is a plus
