Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives.

What we do:

1-800 WATER DAMAGE of West Los Angeles & Malibu specializes in the restoration of commercial properties, including condos, office buildings, and apartment complexes. Our certified damage restoration specialists have the training and tools necessary to not only accurately assess the damage, but also perform lasting repairs that help the building return to its pre-damaged condition.

Duties:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches accordingly.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or technology sales environment.

-Must have connection to Property Managements, HOA's preferably plumbers.

- Strong ability to analyze market data and trends to drive sales strategies.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
