Average rep gets paid $2,300 per week.

We sell windows, coating, roofing, and attic insulation to INTERESTED residential customers.

We have 5 lenders to supply on the spot financing to our clients.

Appointments are grouped close to each other each day.

Our reps run only Tuesday through Saturday instead of six days per week.

Our reps get 10-15 preset appointments per week.

We do not do daily sales meetings.

We will train the right person regardless of experience.

The bottom line is the company you are currently selling for doesn't care about the miles between your appointments, the wasted time spent in endless meetings, or the enormous amount of time you spend away from your life and family. They most likely look for ways to pay you less and less along with promises of monthly sales gimmicks that only the one or two reps get that have been with the company for years.
