Unarmed Security Officer

We are looking for professional, reliable security guards to monitor and secure our residential apartment building in Downtown LA. The ideal candidate is observant, respectful, and experienced in handling security issues in a residential environment.

Location: Downtown LA

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedules: Morning, Swing, Graveyard shifts

(full-time and part time)

Responsibilities:

Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Perform regular patrols of assigned areas.

Greet and screen residents and guests,

Enforce property rules and maintain a secure environment.

Write incident report as needed.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:

Valid California Guard Card.

Previous security experience is a plus.

Strong communication and observational skills.

Ability to stand/walk for long periods and remain calm under pressure.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation:

Hourly rate.

Bi-weekly pay schedule.
