PROPERTY MANAGERS (Affordable Housing)

Experienced PROPERTY MANAGERS needed to manage properties for SRO Housing Corporation. We provide permanent supportive housing mainly in the skid row community of downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for Property Managers with at least 3-5yrs experience with rent collection, tenant engagement, maintenance workorders, unit inspections, posting notices and ability to use the YARDI property management system for data entry and reports. These positions include a unit.
