ONSITE MANAGER NEEDED

This is a part-time position with requirements to live onsite and be present at least 15 hours per week. Responsibilities include on-site management of 20 unit residential property in Pasadena and off-site management of a small property close by. The successful candidate will uphold a high cleanliness standard, leasing abilities, understanding of property maintenance and good communication with both tenants and ownership.
