Resident Manager for 16 unit Apartment Building

This is a part time position for a Resident Manager of a 16 unit apartment building. Job includes collection of rents, maintaining a clean building, dealing with tenant issues etc. This being a part time position having outside income is important. s. Experience is recommended. A great older building ( Charle Chaplin said to have lived there).
