Onsite Manager for Apt. Building Pico Union Area

We are is seeking a Onsite Manager, Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking, for a 20-unit Apartment Building Near Downtown, to live in and manage. Unit Available to live in is a Studio Apartment .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work with property supervisor to communicate about tenant needs, maintenance requests, and building operations

Post 3 day notices, 24 hour notices to enter, and all other tenant/property related notices

Requirements for the position:

Bi-lingual Spanish Speaker Preferred

Prior experience as an onsite manager preferred

Must be familiar with how to use a computer and Microsoft Word

Compensation:

Discounted rent for a studio apartment

At least one (1) year of experience in managing an apartment community/property.

A positive attitude and good people skills.

Self-motivated and able to get things done in a timely manner.

Must be organized and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

Partial rent credit, There may be additional compensation depending on the workload and experience.
