We are a wonderful, supportive and continuously growing HOA management company with two offices. We are looking to fill positions in our Winnetka office.

What we do:

We offer essential services and are super heroes who fix people's problems! Seriously, we manage homeowners associations and handle everything from emergencies, long-term planning, updates, and more. We help people who are going through challenges with their homes, we build relationships, we network, and more!

We need more super heroes to join our team! We need people who truly LOVE to help people. Our team consists of upbeat, positive individuals who truly thrive on problem-solving, fast-paced environments, love to help their teammates and people, and are looking to grow.

We have two positions that we are looking to fill:

The first is an assistant manager. You don't have to have previous property management experience to apply for this position. You really just need to have terrific organizational skills, you need to be wonderful behind the computer and on the phone, great writing skills, and be a self-starter with common sense. You will be working with one of our senior managers who will present an opportunity to learn HOA management and to grow within our industry and company. Most of our assistant managers do not remain assistants for long! We acquire new clients ALL THE TIME and are looking for people who want to absorb, learn and become our next community managers! The position will require soliciting proposals for property services, coordinating repairs with vendors and homeowners, writing letters, following-up on open items, etc.

The second position is a community association management. We need folks who do have prior property management experience, preferably in HOA management. There are so many specific laws and nuances to HOA management, so if you've served on your Board of Directors of your HOA and know about HOAs, or if you have previously worked with HOAs, this might be the right position for you! We encourage you to apply, as we have a few open management positions due to the intake of new clients!
