We are a construction company specializing in ADUs, and we’re currently looking for a talented female designer with expertise in 3D design. The role offers flexible hours and involves on-site meetings at clients’ homes as needed. We provide a base salary plus commission, so it’s a great opportunity for someone seeking both stability and attractive bonuses.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in real estate, construction, or ADU projects — required.

Optimal understanding of financing concepts (e.g., equity, construction loans, HELOC, etc.).

Excellent presentable, communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
