Experienced Body Shop Manager / Estimator

Location: Jessy's Auto Body, Los Angeles

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday 8-12pm

Looking for someone who can manage office flow, has experience ordering parts and writing estimates. If you have at least 5 years of experience in the industry, are familiar with CCCone software, and are ready to take on a leadership role in our shop, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the workflow of the shop, ensuring efficient and timely repairs.

Write detailed estimates using CCCone software for a wide range of vehicle damage.

Order parts in a timely manner to ensure the repair process runs smoothly.

Communicate with customers about repair progress and manage expectations.

Handle administrative tasks related to repair orders and customer records.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in a body shop or auto repair setting.

Proficiency in CCCone software for estimating and managing repairs.

Reliable transportation.
