We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to help oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store, answering phone calls, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Duties:

- Manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service

- Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and provide exceptional service

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Oversee merchandising and ensure the store is visually appealing

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales and team leadership

- Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and delegating tasks

- Familiarity with inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques

- Good phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
