Someone who can assist in managing operations in the Los Angeles area who is motivated with a positive attitude, enjoys helping others, and wants to provide assistance in our growing Industry.

Responsibilities:

Ideally, you feel strongly about our industry, have some basic knowledge of the medicinal properties, and are willing to assist patients to best fit their needs along with creating a friendly and up-beat environment!
It is imperative that you work well under pressure and complete a multitude of tasks in an organized and timely fashion. Must have a strong sense of punctuality!
Duties:
Create and maintain a "Total Customer Satisfaction" culture by ensuring your team is 100% trained on our service model
Hire awesome people to work with you and take ownership of their growth and development
Hire, Train, schedule, and oversee efficiency of deliveries
Knowledgeable of inventory management software
Create efficient route plans and fleet tracking
Develop the best operating procedures for delivery
Execute weekly and monthly business rhythms and tasks to ensure operations runs smoothly
Analyze market trends in tandem with Ownership to effectively drive sales
Maintain positive employee relations and open lines of communication throughout team
Conduct regular employee performance reviews to keep your team top notch
Communicate with Ownership on coaching strategy and conflict resolution
Implement, Promote and follow safety practices and protocols
Oversees daily cash sales audit
Full accountability and intuition regarding inventory
Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills
Replenish Inventory and order from Vendors when applicable
Conduct weekly payroll
Performs/completes other additional project, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request, under the direction of the Store Manager
Qualifications:
You must have an out-going, energetic and engaging personality and have the ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude as well as interact and speak publicly
MUST be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency
Have current and valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and up-to-date insurance
Cannabis knowledge required and industry experience strongly preferred
Good knowledge of the Los Angeles area
Must successfully pass pre-employment background check
Experience in fleet, logistics, and/or dispatch managing (Bonus)
Availability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and Holidays
This is a full-time or part-time position. This position regularly requires a flex schedule, nights, weekend work and holiday availability.
Requirements:
Have a Minimum 2 Years of Progressive Customer Service and Management experience
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb step stools and ladders. Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand - eye coordination. Ability to travel to other store locations in the future (if needed) and be able to attend all employee meetings
