Looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team for a wholesale distribution center in the city of Walnut $19-$20 DOE

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable day-to-day operations

Invoice and payment processing

Assist in preparation of financial reports

Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment related issues

Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records

Support the accounting team in administrative tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

1-2 years of accounting experience

Proven experience in Excel

Experience working with Sage accounting software

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Shift: 1st shift (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
