Custom Office Furniture Assembly Lead role involves reading blueprints, using hand/power tools (drills, saws, etc.) to build desks, cubicles, cabinets, and shelves to spec, ensuring precision fit, quality finishes, and functionality, while providing excellent client service and maintaining a safe, clean workspace, often requiring teamwork and sometimes driving. Key duties include preparing the site, assembling parts, installing hardware, checking quality, handling materials, and communicating with clients for custom projects.

Job Requirements are

Five + Years Experience in leading furniture assembly

Knowledge of tools and furniture assembly techniques

Accuracy and precision in work

Ability to work in a team

Manual dexterity

Responsibility for assigned tasks

Willingness to learn and improve professional qualification
