Assembly/ Production Assistant-

We are urgently seeking candidates to fill 2 positions.

We are a manufacturer of Sewer and Drain equipment based out of Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Work hours are from Monday through Friday: 7 AM to 3:30 PM

Tasks

Responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate or monitor machines

Assembles components using any necessary fasteners and/or subassemblies as directed

Keeps equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements as required

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

Assists as needed in the Punch Press department

Assists as needed in Cutting department

Assists in Tube bending department

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated ability to follow directions and safety precautions.

Possess physical fitness, strength and good reflexes.

Good eyesight to identify depth, dimension and color.

Proactively seeks additional tasks to complete and operates with a sense of urgency
