Interior Design Associate

Position Overview:
As an Interior Design Associate, you will work closely with our lead designers to support various phases of the design process, from concept to installation. You will play a key role in managing projects, problem-solving design challenges, and ensuring the client’s vision is realized seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of projects from initial concept through completion. Construction and decorating projects.
Collaborate with designers to create layouts, renderings, and material boards.
Utilize Studio Designer ,SketchUp and AutoCAD to produce accurate design plans, layouts, and specifications.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and oversee installations as needed.
Handle project documentation, including client presentations, budgets, and timelines.
Actively participate in problem-solving to address project challenges, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate and be active in on site installations of projects.
Some jobs require out of state travel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in an interior design or related role.
Proficiency in Studio Designer, SketchUp and AutoCAD is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Applicant must have their own car as shopping, attending meetings and installations is large part of the job.
