Looking for LEAD FLORIST for Retail Flower Shop

As a full time Lead Florist at our store, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to executing beautifully designed floral bouquets and arrangements. Please see more details and apply in the link below if you fit the following criteria:

Mandatory Qualifications for this full-time role:

- Must have complete Mother's Day 2024 availability

- 3+ years of floral experience as a florist with a focus on executing floral designs

- Must have STRONG experience working with vased-arrangements, bridal & event (bouquet, corsage, boutonniere, floral sprays), training other florists, working a peak holiday (valentine's day & mother's day)

- Knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and plants, along with proficiency in handling and preparing them

- Passionate for sustainability and eco-friendly practices in the floral industry

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the production of our designs

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and assemble floral arrangements and bouquets following the design specifications from Bouqs by using your skills in handling various flowers, foliage, and plants to create high-quality products

- Inspect all floral elements to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with our standards to ensure consistency in bouquet appearance and overall presentation

- Manage inventory of floral supplies to ensure an adequate stock of fresh flowers and necessary materials, while coordinating with the Studio Manager to restock inventory based on production requirements
