As a Pre-Settlement Funding Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with law firm clients. Your role will involve meetings and presentations with law firm’s and their staff to offer the company’s resources in providing financial solutions to plaintiffs awaiting settlement in legal cases.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients, such as plaintiffs and law firms, seeking pre-settlement funding for pending legal cases. Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new business and expand the client base.

2. Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and explain the benefits of pre-settlement funding. Provide clear and accurate information about the funding process, terms, and conditions to build trust and confidence.

3. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and foster long-term partnerships. Address any concerns or issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.

4. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriters and legal advisors, to facilitate a smooth funding process and ensure timely disbursement of funds to clients.

5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about competitors' offerings, industry trends, and potential opportunities for business growth. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services industry or related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.

Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both clients and the company.

Adept at managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling time-sensitive situations.

Creative thinking to enable you to form alternative contract terms in furtherance of generating new business

Knowledge of legal procedures and regulations related to pre-settlement funding is a plus.
