Franchise Manager

Job Description

1. According to the company's development strategy and market development goals, formulate the annual plan of the investment development department, break it down into quarterly and monthly plans, and organize its implementation;

2. Responsible for the establishment, implementation and revision of the company's investment development system and process, and standardize the management and expansion process; formulate and implement the annual market expansion plan and network strategic distribution plan, and complete the channel network development of the company's market layout positioning in the industry;

3. Responsible for formulating the budget of the company's investment development expenses, strictly controlling the expenditure and reasonable use of expenses;

4. Responsible for organizing the collection, investigation, analysis, and writing of market research reports, predicting market development, formulating and implementing various marketing expansion strategies and strategies, and organizing relevant department personnel to collect, analyze, train, and improve specific methods of investment and development;

5. Manage and supervise department personnel to obtain franchise leads, convert, store review, contract signing, information archiving and communication, etc., supervise the payment of the corresponding terms of the contract signed by department personnel, and be responsible for the evaluation, review, and control of stores and franchise customers, as well as the follow-up and connection service work with other departments of the company after the contract is signed.

Job requirements:

1. More than 3-5 years of experience in investment/development in the maternal and infant industry or chain catering industry, more than three years of experience in marketing, investment, development, and expansion management;

2. Have a deep understanding of marketing and expansion work, have strong market perception, keen grasp of market dynamics and market direction, and have experience in chain store expansion management with a scale of thousands of stores;

3. Good channel customers and party A resource relationships, familiar with market channel development and construction business;

4. Have good teamwork ability, team building ability, independent work ability, professionalism and execution;

5. Have strong business negotiation and communication skills, and be able to withstand work pressure;

6. Be able to adapt to irregular business trips in domestic cities and be proficient in using office software.

Maternal and Infant Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the planning and analysis management of maternal and infant product lines, and formulate the sales and development direction of the products in charge;

2. Responsible for the positioning of maternal and infant peripheral products. Formulate operational strategy plans and promote implementation;

3. Responsible for the collection and analysis of competitive products, customer needs, and market trend research;

4. Responsible for product introduction and product knowledge training, and guide the sales process of various sales platforms;

5. Regularly analyze sales, inventory and other data to improve product sales performance and inventory turnover;

6. Responsible for the procurement of OEM products under the jurisdiction and the screening and evaluation of suppliers;

7. Supervision of the timeliness and accuracy of relevant product descriptions and pictures

Qualifications:

1. More than 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in the maternal and infant products industry;

2. Familiar with the maternal and infant market and maternal and infant user needs, and have a certain understanding and understanding of products and market positioning;

3. Those who are familiar with the maternal and infant product line categories or have relevant supplier resources are preferred;

4. Good at data analysis and summary, able to find and solve problems in the product sales process,
